"FREE" Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Replica Capacitors for Vintage Guitars | |

Recently it has come to
my attention through concerned friends and visitors of my former web site
(published September 2001) that someone has used my methodology of encapsulating modern
capacitors in recreated shells of old capacitors (my original replicas shown above) for vintage electric
guitars and based a business around it for profit. They also downloaded renderings
(also protected under a 2001 blanket copyright) without my permission and include
them with sales
of their products. So, to all the DIY hobby
guitar builders out there who previously respected my creativity and intellectual
property and never got the chance to learn how I made my replica
